Marbella Villa community in the United Arab Emirates Company

Jun. 30, 2023

For a Marbella Villa lighting project, creating a cohesive and stylish lighting plan for indoor and outdoor spaces involves considering various factors such as the villa's architectural style, functional needs, and aesthetic preferences.

In October 2021, our company participated in the indoor and outdoor lighting project of the Marbella Villa community in the United Arab Emirates, providing lighting services for the community through downlights, ceiling lights, foot lights, buried lights, street lights, post lamps, and other indoor and outdoor lighting. The street lamps of this project are powered by solar energy, and some lamps in uncommonly used areas use induction energy-saving controllers, which fully reflects our company's reasonable lighting, green, and energy-saving service demands.

Indoor Lighting

Living Areas:

Chandeliers: Statement chandeliers can serve as focal points in living rooms and dining areas. Consider modern or classic designs depending on the villa's style.

Recessed Lighting: Provides general illumination without intruding on the space's aesthetics. Can be used in living rooms, hallways, and kitchens.

Accent Lighting: Wall sconces, picture lights, and cove lighting to highlight architectural features, artwork, and decor.

Table and Floor Lamps: Provide task lighting and contribute to the room's ambiance. Choose designs that complement the villa's interior design.

Under-Cabinet Lighting: Offers focused task lighting for countertops and cooking areas.

Pendant Lights: Over islands or dining tables to provide direct light and add visual interest.

Recessed Downlights: Ensure even, general illumination throughout the space.

Ceiling Fixtures: Soft, ambient lighting through chandeliers or flush mounts.

Bedside Lamps: Task lighting for reading and other activities.

Wall Sconces: Provide additional light and create a layered effect.

Vanity Lighting: Use fixtures that flank mirrors to eliminate shadows.

Overhead Lighting: Recessed or flush mount fixtures for general illumination.
